OUR STORY

Founded in Beverly Hills in 2014, STRIIIKE® began as a collaboration between sisters Kristie, Jenn, and Ashley Streicher, each bringing their own specialty — brows, makeup, and hair — to create a beauty destination unlike anything else in Los Angeles.  Over the years, STRIIIKE® evolved into more than a salon. It became a place where artistry, education, and thoughtful, individualized beauty could thrive under one roof.

Today, while honoring those beginnings, STRIIIKE® has entered its next chapter as an independent studio led by founder Kristie Streicher and a team of specialists who continue to build upon that original vision. What began as the vision of three artists has grown into a community of specialists who share the same commitment to craftsmanship, education, and beauty. That's the future of STRIIIKE®.

Over twenty years ago, Kristie helped redefine modern brow artistry through her signature philosophy, The Nurtured Brow®. Today she continues to lead STRIIIKE's Brow Department while mentoring every specialist who joins the team, ensuring each artist develops the technical precision, restraint, and philosophy that define the studio.

Michael leads the next generation of STRIIIKE® Hair. His vision extends beyond exceptional hair services to creating a culture centered around education, collaboration, and artistic growth. Through ongoing training and industry events, he is helping shape a department where both artists and guests continue to evolve.

Ashley leads STRIIIKE®'s Beauty Department, overseeing makeup and lash artistry with a focus on elevated technique, individualized beauty, and exceptional client experience. Together with her team, she creates polished, modern looks that enhance — not transform — the individual.
