ASHLEY STREICHER
FOUNDER
Ashley Streicher has been breaking rules since she was born. At age four, not allowed to play with scissors, she took to cutting her dolls’ hair with an overlooked letter opener.
At 16, discontent with the training available in the hills of Northern California, Ashley moved to New York to learn under the storied guided of Edward Tricomi. At 23, gainfully employed in the industry and having completed advanced training at Bumble and bumble as well as Toni & Guy, she still thirsted for a deeper understanding of hair. She hopped the pond to cut at the exclusive Vidal Sassoon Academy in London. At 27, Ashley moved to Los Angeles to be close to her family and immerse herself in the entertainment and fashion landscape the city had to offer.
Ashley has become one of the most sought-after hair stylists in the industry. Working with people’s natural texture and enhancing the best qualities of their hair is must-have for clients such as Mandy Moore, Rachel Brosnahan, Sarah Paulson and Kiernan Shipka. Ashley has collaborated editorially with photographers such as Norman Jean Roy and created looks for international ad campaigns alike.

Briana's love for effortless, textured hair blossomed during her early days in a multi-cultural setting working with highly textured hair types. Relocating in the early 00's to work at the advanced academy in London with Toni & Guy she changed focus, honing in on precision cutting. When she returned stateside, she continued her hair journey working as a network educator with Bumble & Bumble, elevating her eye for texture while teaching techniques to other hairdressers. Her passion is now assisting the discovery of natural movement within one's own hair and get cuts inspire clients to embrace and work with their nature texture.

Kenny believes that hair has a profound impact on an individual's identity and that it expresses one's own uniqueness. His approach is to enhance inherent qualities of hair while preserving its natural integrity. Kenny's journey in hair includes Vidal Sassoon international creative and education team as well as the Education Director of BENJAMIN. He is dedicated in developing new talent in the industry and maintains a range of celebrity clients. Kenny finds his true passion in realizing perfect beauty, individual and practial is his goal, while creating the ultimate expression of you.
YASUNA HOSHINO-MAEJIMA

Yasuna is a sunny California native, growing up in Temple City at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains.
Her journey with hair artistry began at Vidal Sassoon, where she honed her distinct skillset, eventually turning into an educator. After a an impressive five-year stint at Benjamin Salon, she has now found her home at STRIIIKE.
A self-proclaimed foodie, Yasuna is up for any culinary adventure and adores pilates to keep her inner glow!
